The condo sits on the ground floor of Mai Kai Resort with two entrances and streetside parking at 5602B Atlantic Avenue. Cross Atlantic and the walkway leads you to the sand. Come back to a shared pool, a stocked patio, and a living room meant for slow mornings after the beach.
